Product Manufacturing Process

1.Design & Tech PackCompile renderings, size charts, fabric specifications, print/embroidery techniques, accessories (neck labels, care labels, hangtags), and Pantone color codes to generate the technical specification package (Tech Pack).
2. Fabric Sourcing & Relaxing
Select fabric (combed cotton / double-yarn cotton), inspect fabric upon receipt, and perform fabric relaxation and pre-shrinking (a crucial step for streetwear brands to prevent significant shrinkage after washing); verify color swatches, fabric weight, and color fastness.
3. Pattern Making & Grading
Pattern makers create paper patterns based on the technical specifications and grade them across multiple sizes; for streetwear brands, key focus areas include the shoulder slope, dropped-shoulder design, garment length, and armhole shape to achieve a relaxed, street-style fit.
4. Sampling
1. Development Sample: To verify the pattern and fabric.
2. Fit Sample: To check the fit on the body and adjust the silhouette.
3. Print Strike-off: To test the print design in isolation (e.g., screen print, puff print, silicone print, or DTG).
4. Pre-production Sample: The definitive standard sample for mass production; cutting begins only after full approval.

5.Sewing & Assembly

Classic Construction of Streetwear Tees: Reinforced double-needle collar, taped shoulder seams, and tubular-knit ribbed collar Drop-shoulder construction; double-needle stitching on side seams, sleeve attachments, and hem Simultaneous stitching of neck labels and care labels Two production sequences: ① Garment assembly first → Printing (most common; screen printing / puff printing) ② Printing on cut panels first → Garment assembly (for large-area all-over prints)

6.Spreading & Cutting
Fabric is spread and markers are laid out; garment pieces (front and back panels, sleeves, and ribbed collars) are cut using a computerized cutting machine; and the cut pieces are numbered and bundled.
7.Garment Wash / Vintage Wash
Garment washing—including stone washing, enzyme washing, snow washing, and edge abrasion—is used to achieve vintage, distressed, and faded effects, while also pre-shrinking the fabric and setting its hand-feel.
8.Trimming & Pressing
Trim excess loose threads and steam-press at high temperature to ensure a smooth, well-defined shape.
9.Quality Inspection
Inspect each piece for dimensions, color variation, print fastness, skipped stitches, holes, and neck label placement; conduct random wash tests.
10.Packing
Fold, insert into PE bags, attach hangtags, pack into cartons, and apply shipping marks to the outer cartons.
