Product Manufacturing Process
1. Design & Tech Pack
Compile renderings, top & bottom size charts, fabric specifications, print /embroidery techniques, accessories (main labels, care labels, hang tags, drawcords, hardware), Pantone color codes and deliver complete Tech Pack.
Core for streetwear sets: Coordinated silhouette (Oversize / Boxy fit), same batch fabric, aligned print artwork for top and bottom, confirm set style (tee set /hoodie & sweatpants set /jacket set).
2. Fabric Sourcing & Relaxing
Select matched fabrics (combed cotton /double-yarn cotton /french terry /twill). Conduct incoming fabric inspection, fabric relaxing and pre-shrinking. Top and bottom fabrics must be dyed in the same lot to avoid color difference. Pre-shrinking prevents inconsistent dimensions after garment washing.
3. Pattern Grading & Marker Making
Pattern makers create base patterns separately for tops and bottoms, grade all sizes synchronously. Computer marker making to optimize fabric usage, add notch marks to keep proportional harmony between top and bottom pieces.
4. Fabric Cutting
Multi-layer cutting according to marker layout. Number and separate cut pieces for tops and bottoms. Inspect cut pieces to remove defective or off-tone materials. All top & bottom pieces for one order use fabric from the same dye lot.
5.Cut-Piece Printing / Embroidery Component Pre-Sewing
Complete screen print, DTG print or embroidery on cut pieces. Align artwork positions for top and bottom. Processing on cut pieces minimizes fabric tension and distortion for consistent graphic effect.
Pre-assemble small components: pockets, ribbing, hood panels, belt loops, webbing, drawstring channels. Overlock raw edges to prevent fabric fraying.
6. Top & Bottom Assembly Sewing
Sew top panels and bottom panels respectively. Stitch shoulder seams, side seams, crotch seams, attach pockets, ribbing and waistbands. Reinforce stress points with double-needle stitching for durability and consistent streetwear stitching style.
7. Garment Washing & Distressing
Co-wash top and bottom together in the same bath. Enzyme wash, stone wash and edge distressing for vintage faded look. Release fabric shrinkage simultaneously to ensure consistent shrinkage ratio and stable matched sizing.
8. Trimming & Pressing
Trim all loose threads. High-temperature pressing for tops and bottoms separately to shape clean and structured silhouette.
9. Quality Inspection
Inspect each full set: color difference between top & bottom, size matching, print fastness, skipped stitches, holes and accessory placement. Random sampling wash test to verify overall appearance of matching sets.
10. Packing
Fold top and bottom as a complete set, pack into PE bags together, attach matching hang tags. Pack into cartons with clear shipping marks, size and set quantity labels.
