Product Manufacturing Process

1. Design & Tech Pack
Compile renderings, size charts, fabric specifications, print /embroidery techniques, accessories (main labels, care labels, hang tags, drawcords), Pantone color codes, deliver formal Tech Pack.
Core for street‑wear hoodies: Confirm silhouette (Oversize / Boxy fit), fabric weight (300‑450g heavy‑weight fleece / French terry cotton).
2. Fabric Sourcing & Relaxing
Select heavy‑weight fleece or French terry fabric. Complete incoming inspection, fabric relaxing and pre‑shrinking. Heavy knit fabrics have high shrinkage; pre‑shrinking avoids dimension shift after garment wash.
3. Pattern Grading & Marker Making
Pattern maker creates base patterns according to tech pack, grade for full size range. Computer marker making for material yield optimization; mark notches to guarantee cut‑piece symmetry.
4. Fabric Cutting
Cut fabrics as per marker layout. Number and sort all cut pieces. Screen out defective and off‑tone pieces; strictly control lot color consistency for bulk orders.

5.Cut‑Piece Printing / Embroidery＆Component Pre‑Sewing

Apply printing, embroidery, sandblasting, whiskering and distressing on cut pieces. Processing at cut‑piece stage delivers more precise positioning and reduces pattern distortion caused by tension. Overlock all piece edges to prevent fraying. Pre‑sew small components: patch pockets, straps, shoulder tabs, belt loops, webbing and other work‑wear fittings.

6. Garment Assembly Sewing
Join body panels, attach hood, sleeves, ribbed cuffs and hem. Apply double‑needle stitching for high‑stress seams for durability, classic street‑wear construction.
7. Garment Washing & Distressing
Process garment wash, enzyme wash, sanding and fraying for vintage faded appearance. Pre‑release fabric shrinkage and stabilize fabric hand‑feel.
8. Trimming & Pressing
Trim stray threads, high‑temperature pressing to shape hoodie outline and keep smooth appearance.
9. Quality Inspection
Full‑piece inspection: dimensions, color shading, print fastness, stitching defects, accessory alignment. Random sampling for washing performance test.
10. Packing
Neatly fold finished products, fit custom hang tags, pack into individual PE dust‑proof bags. Group into cartons with clear shipping marks, size & quantity labeling for safe transit.
