Product Manufacturing Process

1. Design & Tech Pack
Compile renderings, size spec sheet, fabric specifications, sewing techniques, hardware & accessories (zippers, snap buttons, eyelets, webbing, main label, care label, hang tag), Pantone color codes, deliver complete Tech Pack.
Core points for street‑style jackets: Confirm silhouette (boxy cropped /oversize loose / 3D workwear cut), fabric weight, hardware material, topstitching style.
2. Fabric Sourcing & Relaxing
Select fabrics (heavy‑weight denim /washed canvas /twill cotton /heavy cotton blend). Incoming quality inspection, fabric relaxing & pre‑shrinking. Thick jacket fabrics have higher shrinkage rate; pre‑shrinking is critical to avoid deformation and size deviation after garment washing.
3. Pattern Grading & Marker Making
Pattern maker creates base patterns per tech pack, grade for all sizes. Computer marker making to optimize fabric utilization, notch & mark pieces to ensure left‑right symmetry.
4. Fabric Cutting
Cut fabrics according to marker layout; multi‑layer cutting for heavy fabrics. Number and sort cut pieces. Inspect cut pieces, reject defective & color‑varied materials; control lot color consistency for the same order.

5.Cut Piece Printing / Embroidery / Whiskering

Apply printing, embroidery, sandblasting, whiskering and distressing on cut pieces. Processing at cut‑piece stage delivers more precise positioning and reduces pattern distortion caused by tension. Overlock all piece edges to prevent fraying. Pre‑sew small components: patch pockets, straps, shoulder tabs, belt loops, webbing and other work‑wear fittings.

6. Pocket Attaching, Collar & Sleeve SettingSew patch pockets /bellows pockets /side slit pockets; attach collar and sleeves, align notches for perfect left‑right symmetry. Critical procedure determining wearing silhouette.
7. Hardware Installation
Fit zippers, snap buttons, rivets, eyelets and buckle hardware. Test zipper smoothness and button pull‑resistance to prevent hardware falling off.
8. Garment Washing & Distressing
Garment wash, stone wash, enzyme wash, snow wash, edge distressing. Adjust hand feel and vintage color effect; secondary shrinkage treatment to stabilize final dimensions.
9. Pressing & Shaping
High‑temperature pressing to remove wrinkles, shape 3D jacket profile, keep body, collar and pockets crisp and well‑structured.
10. Final Inspection & Labelling & Packing
Full inspection for appearance, stitching, color shade, hardware and measurements. Attach main label, care label and hang tag; fold, poly‑bag and carton packing.
