Product Manufacturing Process

1. Design & Tech Pack
Compile renderings, size charts, yarn specifications, jacquard /intarsia/print techniques, accessories (main labels, care labels, hang tags, woven patches), Pantone color codes and deliver complete Tech Pack.
Core for streetwear sweaters: Confirm silhouette (Oversize / Boxy fit, drop shoulder), yarn composition & count, knitting density and graphic pattern.
2. Yarn Sourcing & Inspection
Select yarns (cotton-acrylic blend, wool blend, heavy cotton yarn, etc.). Conduct incoming inspection for yarn tenacity, color fastness and color variation. Yarn relaxation treatment to avoid garment deformation caused by uneven tension during knitting.
3. Computerized Flat Knitting
Knit panels including front panel, back panel, sleeves, neck rib, hem and cuffs on computer flat knitting machines according to pattern files. Control stitch density to ensure clear patterns; number and sort all knitted panels.
4. Knitted Panel InspectionInspect every knitted panel for dropped stitches, holes, skipped yarn, misaligned patterns and color shade. Remove defective panels and control lot color consistency for bulk orders.

5.Panel Trimming Overlocking ＆ Linking / Seaming

Trim excess raw edges of knitted panels. Overlock required edges to prevent yarn unravelling. Link shoulder seams, side seams and sleeve tubes with linking machine; attach neck rib, cuffs and hem. Linking delivers neat stitches, a premium craftsmanship for streetwear sweaters.

6. Accessory Sewing
Sew main labels, care labels, woven patches and other decorative accessories.
7. Garment Washing & Softening
Garment wash, enzyme wash, stone wash and softener treatment to soften yarn hand feel. Vintage fading effect optional. Release yarn shrinkage and stabilize final dimensions.
8. Trimming & Pressing
Clear loose fibers and stray threads. Steam pressing & shaping to restore relaxed 3D silhouette and smooth wrinkles.
9. Quality InspectionPiece-by-piece check: measurements, color shade, pattern alignment, dropped stitches, seam strength and accessory placement. Random sampling for wash and pilling resistance test.
10. Packing
Fold finished sweaters, pack into PE bags, attach hang tags. Pack into cartons with clear shipping marks, size and quantity labels.
