Design Capability:Core Fabrics and Signature Craftsmanship

- Fabric Selection
Common materials include pure cotton, denim, nylon, and blends. Styles aiming for a crisp and draped look often utilize heavyweight French terry or plain weave cotton; outdoor styles tend to favor water-repellent nylon.

- Visual Surface Treatments
To enhance the layered feel of the design, special printing and embroidery techniques are often used. For example, using 3D puff printing to create a tactile, three-dimensional finish, or employing high-density, complex embroidery to present exquisite brand logos or graphics. Screen printing and Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing are also standard methods for graphic presentation.

- Washing and Distressing Processes
In vintage or streetwear designs, fabric post-processing is a highly critical element. Techniques like acid washing, sun fading, enzyme washing, and hand-done distressing/fraying give the fabric natural fading layers, a sense of age, and unique textures.
