Product Manufacturing Process
1. Design & Tech Pack
Compile renderings, size charts, fabric specifications, print/embroidery/wash techniques, hardware & accessories (zippers, snap buttons, belt loops, webbing, main labels, care labels, hang tags), Pantone color codes, and deliver complete Tech Pack.
Core streetwear pants standards: Confirm silhouette (wide leg / straight loose / floor-length / jogger fit), fabric weight, drape texture, waistband structure and proportion.
2. Fabric Sourcing & Relaxing
Select professional pants fabrics (heavy twill, washed cotton, denim, fleece, drape suit fabric). Complete incoming inspection, fabric relaxing and pre-shrinking. Pants fabrics feature higher hardness and shrinkage; pre-shrinking effectively prevents shortening, distortion and twisting after washing.
3. Pattern Making & Grading
Design original streetwear pant patterns and full-size grading. Precisely control crotch radian, leg width, inseam & outseam length, waist radian and pocket alignment to create loose, slim and three-dimensional streetwear pant silhouette.
4. Sampling
Development Sample: Verify fabric drape, pant outline and overall proportion.
Fit Sample: Conduct real-person fitting, adjust leg width, pant length, waist tightness and crotch comfort.
Process Sample: Test vintage washing, whitening, topstitching, printing and embroidery effects.
Pre-production Sample: Confirm final mass-production standard after verifying all silhouettes, crafts and accessories.
5. Spreading & Cutting
Spread fabric evenly and optimize layout. Cut all pant panels (front, back, waistband, pocket, belt loop) via computer cutting machine. Number and classify all cut pieces to ensure symmetry, no color difference and no defects.
6. Sewing & Assembly
Adopt heavy streetwear sewing craft: double-layer reinforced pocket stitching, dense belt loop sewing, neat waistband binding, double reinforced crotch stitching, double-needle outseam & inseam topstitching. Uniform stitching improves stereoscopic effect and durability.
7. Printing / Embroidery & Workwear Craft
Complete printing and embroidery on pants, pockets and waistbands. Support screen printing, puff printing, silicone printing, 3D embroidery, patchwork and workwear topstitching with precise positioning and zero distortion.
8. Garment Wash / Vintage Wash
Adopt enzyme wash, stone wash, snow wash, whiskering and edge distressing to create vintage faded texture. Pre-release fabric shrinkage to stabilize pant drape, ensuring no shrinkage, no deformation and no hardening after long-term wear.
9. Trimming & Pressing
Clean all loose threads and burrs. High-temperature steam shaping flattens waistband, legs, pockets and hems, presenting neat lines, smooth drape and 3D silhouette.
10. Quality Inspection
Full piece-by-piece inspection: dimension deviation, pant length error, color difference, stitching neatness, pocket symmetry, hardware smoothness, print & embroidery fastness and defects. Random sampling for washing fastness, wear resistance and shrinkage test to ensure stable bulk quality.
11. Packing
Fold finished products neatly, attach custom hang tags, pack into independent PE dust-proof bags, and pack into cartons with clear shipping marks, sizes and quantities to avoid extrusion and wrinkling during transportation.
